(Job 6:25 [ESV]) How forceful are upright words! But what does reproof from you reprove?

-> This is Job's response to his friends' advice... (On seeing his sufferings, Job's friends insist that he has sinned against the Lord and try to offer him advice...)
-> When we encourage, give advice to or even admonish others let us do so with wisdom from God. Let us not do so foolishly and without achieving any true purpose, injuring other people's pride instead (or worse still our advice is misleading).

haha.. the NKJV version of Job 6:25 says it in a simpler manner:

How forceful are right words! But what does your arguing prove?

indeed, in this short 11 words, the bible verse taught us:
- to speak with wisdom
- to speak at the right time and opportune
- that speaking wisely is forceful and can change somebody
- to be quick to listen, slow in anger
