Psalm 46:1: "[For the director of music. Of the Sons of Korah. According to Alamoth. A song.] God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble."

I'm really quite disturbed now, because i've signed up for 6 modules and i don't know whether i'm up for it or not!! but this verse just told me exactly what i needed to hear (or read)!! God is MY refuge and strength.. and although we should always try to steer clear from touble, we know that when it comes, we have God as our ever-present help..

but all i can say is:
Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!” [Mark 9:24 NKJV]
