Romans 12:3: "[Gifts of Grace] For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned."

Just a verse I thought was helpful in reminding ourselves.. When we review our strengths and weaknesses, always remember our strengths in humility, and our weaknesses in joy, like Paul who boasted about his weaknesses all the more.

Not an excuse to cheapen God's grace, but I really mean weaknesses in things we really cannot circumvent or mitigate, especially cirumstances, not weaknesses per se like the weakness of sinning, that is universal, but the situational and circumstantial weaknesses in our lives..
